Capacitor placement in unbalanced distribution networks to minimize reactive and unbalance power losses

چکیده
In this paper, the optimal placement and sizing of capacitors for compensation reactive power unbalance in medium voltage distribution networks with unbalanced loads is proposed. The proposed capacitor allocation reduces losses caused by demand unbalance. powers are calculated IEEE STD 1459-2010, presented real values electrical magnitudes three-phase systems. results obtained from method compared single- phase balanced banks. allow to observe efficient performance reducing a 34-bus network presence neutral conductor. Four cases simulated optimized Chu-Beasley genetic algorithm. purpose optimization algorithm minimize line loss costs.
